Cobalt-Tin

Very similar to chrome in it’s appearance and application, cobalt-tin components are plated first with a bright nickel then flashed with cobalt-tin to give a convincing appearance of a chrome plated part. The finish is hard and durable. The alloy is a composite coating like a tin nickel. Typical thickness is .001”.
