Partners Group Officially Completes Acquisition of Dynacast
On January 30, 2015, Partners Group officially completed its acquisition of Dynacast, a leading global manufacturer of precision engineered components.
Partners Group, the global private markets manager, and Dynacast International announced on Friday, January 30 that the acquisition of a controlling stake in Dynacast by Partners Group on behalf of its clients has been completed.
Dynacast International produces custom, high-volume metal components. Headquartered in Charlotte, N.C., Dynacast has 23 facilities in 16 countries and has customers from many industries including automotive, telecommunications, and healthcare. They utilize die casting to deliver high-quality, precision engineered metal components on a global scale.
Partners Group acquired Dynacast from exiting financial investors and was joined in the acquisition by Kenner & Company and the company’s management team, which both rolled over significant equity stakes with the finalized transaction. Partners Group and Kenner & Company will work closely with Dynacast’s management team to support the company during its next phase of global growth.
