Manufacturing ~ Machining operations

The Dynacast process, through use of innovative design and manufacture, often results in ‘net shape’ components that are ready to use, avoiding the need for costly secondary machining operations.

In some cases, due to the complexity of product requirements, we undertake some additional operations in-house, while outsourcing others to our global network of certified sub contractors.

Services that we offer are categorized into 4 groups: Machining, Finishing, Assembly and Packaging.

  • Machining is the operation used to describe a modification to change the part's shape, introduce additional features or add threads.
  • Finishing involves cleaning components by washing and drying, smoothing the surface and in some cases adding an applied finish or coating.
  • Assembly is undertaken to deliver 'ready to use' product and subassemblies straight to our customers' manufacturing lines.
  • Specialized packaging ensures secure delivery of 'production ready' components to customers' manual or automated manufacturing line.
