We’ll build components and tools in-house. Or we’ll work with our certified suppliers all over the world to get the job done. Consider stereolithography, selective laser sintering and fused deposition modeling. This technique manufactures master models used to produce economical gravity cast and plaster molded prototypes in zinc, aluminum, and magnesium.


In order to produce batch quantities of prototype parts with material characteristics and accuracy representative of production die castings, single cavity tools are produced using high speed machining techniques.


We also offer other methods such as machining prototypes out of bar stock customized to mimic the mechanical properties of various alloys we die cast.
