Our experience of working with major OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers and Contract Manufacturers on a global basis, together with the associated scale of contracts, has required the development of complex project management and consulting teams for some programs. In addition to the management of the design, tool build and sampling processes, they have handled the purchase of capital equipment, sourcing of components, liaison between global manufacturing facilities (including automated assembly plants), supply chain and shipment logistics.
