Customers continue to trust Dynacast's die casting expertise because our engineers take precision to a whole new level. Our engineers located around the world focus on accuracy and concurrent engineering while the rest of the team ensures a fast and effective response to customer needs.

Fundamental to this is a focus on Computer Aided Engineering to produce rapid prototypes and tooling. Dynacast's CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) capabilities are built upon the Pro/ENGINEER suite of advanced engineering modeling software. We continually forge relationships with suppliers and beta test new software development to get even more fast and accurate.

We are leaders in the integration and application of CAE:

• Pro/ENGINEER and Pro/MANUFACTURE to ensure accuracy for the customer's component design, tool design and manufacture
• MAGMA Casting Process Simulation to predict how the mould will fill, solidify and cool
• F.E.A (Finite Element Analysis) service available in-house and through Dynacast partners to help predict how a component will behave in service
• FTP for high-speed secure file transfer to our regional centers around the world
