Dynacast's CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) capabilities are built upon the Pro/ENGINEER suite of advanced engineering modeling software. We continually forge relationships with suppliers and beta test new software development to get even more fast and accurate.


We are leaders in the integration and application of CAE:

  • Pro/ENGINEER and Pro/MANUFACTURE for component design, tool design and manufacture
  • MAGMA Casting Process Simulation to predict how the mould will fill, solidify and cool
  • F.E.A (Finite Element Analysis) service available in house and through Dynacast partners to help predict how a component will behave in service
  • FTP for high-speed secure file transfer to our regional centers around the world
