Dynacast, the world's leading manufacturer of precision die cast metal components, recently opened its nineteenth die casting facility in Dongguan, China.

The new 6,000 square meter facility held their grand opening in late July 2009.

This facility has been designed to service the automotive, consumer electronics and telecommunications manufacturers located in southern China

Dynacast has installed 6 proprietary multi-slide machines, 4 conventional zinc machines and 3 precision aluminum machines in the state of the art facility. The building can accommodate up to 40 die casting machines to support our customers’ growth. Additional land rights have been secured to expand the facility in the future.

Dynacast International chose this location because it is central to both Guangzhou and Shenzhen where many of our most important customers are located. This facility will provide customers with a "finished product.” Tumbling, blasting, deburring equipment have been installed along with machining capability. Dynacast has also qualified a number of partners to provide functional and cosmetic finishes such as electroplating, painting and powder coating. An experienced Dynacast management team leads this facility providing the distinct advantage of leveraging our 70 plus years of die cast experience.
